The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Raleigh - Durham/Research Triangle in Cary.

The deadline to book rooms at the special conference rate of $145.00 was March 28, 2008. The hotel may be completely booked. If you are still looking for a room, you may be able to find someone looking for a roommate at the Embassy Suites. We've created a page to help you. Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)

The Raleigh-Durham International Airport is 4 miles from the conference center. Nine major airlines and 18 regional carriers offer service from RDU.

The hotel operates a 24 hour, complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Taxi service (~$12.00) and rental cars are also available at the airport.

Driving Directions

From I-40 East or West: take Exit 287 (Harrison Ave). Turn south at the end of the exit ramp, go through the first light. Turn right on Harrison Oaks Blvd. and the hotel is located 1/2 mile on the right.

From Raleigh Durham Internation Airport: As you exit the airport, follow signs to I-40 East (Raleigh). Once on I-40, Exit 287 is about 2 miles. Follow directions above for I-40.
